1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of CloseReply and other Voidworks apps that link to this page. By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation that controls the Atlassian site. Atlassian Marketplace terms and the applicable Atlassian agreement also apply.
2. The service
Voidworks provides software that extends Atlassian products. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally make a material change that defeats the app’s stated purpose without reasonable notice.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and in line with your Atlassian agreement.
- Grant access only to authorised people.
- Review templates, signatures, files, and actions before using them with customers.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
4. Accounts, administration, and content
Atlassian controls identity and product access. Your organisation controls the content its users create and remains responsible for that content. Voidworks does not claim ownership of customer content.
5. Fees and Marketplace purchases
Pricing, trials, billing, renewals, refunds, and taxes are handled through Atlassian Marketplace unless a separate written order says otherwise.
6. Support
Support is provided through the channels and target response times on oursupport page. We may ask for diagnostic details, but customers should not send credentials or sensitive Jira content by email.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to operate the app reliably, but availability also depends on Atlassian products and Forge services. We may suspend access when needed to address security, legal, abuse, or platform issues.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Voidworks’ aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the app during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Voidworks may end access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or discontinuation of the service, subject to applicable Marketplace requirements.
